Noticed a growing number of dormant client accounts that hadn't been contacted in over 3 months. Worked closely with the sales team to identify these accounts and develop a simple outreach plan — personalised follow-up emails and check-in calls. Over 5 months, successfully reengaged 8 previously inactive clients, 3 of which converted into renewed contracts. Learnt a lot about the importance of consistent communication and not letting relationships go cold.
