• using Gengen contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in any way may cause harm to Gengen, or to any person or business entity;
• engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting or any other similar activity in relation to Gengen;
• using Gengen to engage in any advertising or marketing.

Certain areas of Gengen are restricted from being access by you and Gengen Pte Ltd may further restrict access by you to any areas of Gengen, at any time, in absolute discretion. Any user ID and password you may have for Gengen are confidential and you must maintain confidentiality as well.

4. Your Content

In these Website Standard Terms and Conditions, “Your Content” shall mean any audio, video, text, images or other material you choose to display on Gengen. By adding Your Content publicly (on your pages or published projects) to your website hosted by Gengen, you grant Gengen Pte Ltd the right to reproduce, adapt, and display Your Content in advertising and marketing materials. This won't apply to content not visible publicly (e.g.: drafts or projects under password protection).
Your Content must not contain any information or material for any activity which breaches any laws or regulations, infringes a third party’s rights or privacy or is contrary to any relevant standards or codes, including generally accepted community standards.
If suspicion arises about Your Content breaching these Terms, Gengen Pte Ltd reserves the right to ban you from further use of Gengen. Also, Your Content will be removed without notice and any Subscription Fees paid for it before will not be refunded.
To clarify, we use these rights to immediately delete sites that are used for phishing, scams, escorting services, pornography, etc.
Gengen Pte Ltd reserves the right to remove any of Your Content from Gengen at any time without notice.

5. No warranties

Gengen is provided "as is", with all faults, and Gengen Pte Ltd express no representations or warranties, of any kind related to Gengen or the materials contained on Gengen. Also, nothing contained on Gengen shall be interpreted as advising you.

6. Limitation of liability

In no event shall Gengen Pte Ltd, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of Gengen whether such liability is under contract. Gengen Pte Ltd, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of Gengen.

7. Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Gengen Pte Ltd from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

8. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

9. Variation of Terms

Gengen Pte Ltd is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using Gengen you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

10. Assignment

The Gengen Pte Ltd is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Gengen Pte Ltd and you in relation to your use of Gengen, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and Your use of this website and any dispute or claim arising from or in association with such matters shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore and You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
