Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for processes and objectives set for warehouse functions. Manage daily receiving, sorting, picking, packing, and shipping processes. Responsible for Inventory management – Track stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Knowledge and/or Skills:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of supervisory and people management experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all level

• Proficient in the use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Demonstrated ability to identify operational issues, assess risks, and proactively escalate or drive resolution of problems.

• Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and systematic, with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

• Possesses a logical and methodical approach to managing warehouse operations and processes.

• Strong team player with the ability to foster collaboration and build a positive, high-performing work environment.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and operational excellence.

• Need valid Singapore forklift operating licence

Education and Work Experience

• Diploma in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of warehouse supervisory experience, with proven experience in leading warehouse operations, managing teams, and driving operational excellence.

• Possession of a valid Singapore forklift operating licence/certification issued by a Ministry of Manpower (MOM) accredited training provider.

• Hands-on experience in inventory management, warehouse processes, and material handling operations.
