Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for processes and objectives set for warehouse functions. Manage daily receiving, sorting, picking, packing, and shipping processes. Responsible for Inventory management – Track stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and resolve inventory discrepancies. Knowledge and/or Skills: Minimum 3 to 5 years of supervisory and people management experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all level Proficient in the use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Demonstrated ability to identify operational issues, assess risks, and proactively escalate or drive resolution of problems. Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and systematic, with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Possesses a logical and methodical approach to managing warehouse operations and processes. Strong team player with the ability to foster collaboration and build a positive, high-performing work environment. Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and operational excellence. Need valid Singapore forklift operating licence Education and Work Experience Diploma in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 to 5 years of warehouse supervisory experience, with proven experience in leading warehouse operations, managing teams, and driving operational excellence. Possession of a valid Singapore forklift operating licence/certification issued by a Ministry of Manpower (MOM) accredited training provider. Hands-on experience in inventory management, warehouse processes, and material handling operations.
