Improving a Compliance Process Through Technology

I led a project to replace a manual, PDF-based approval process with a web portal. I mapped the existing workflow, gathered requirements from compliance and HR stakeholders, worked with the technology team on prototypes, and led user testing through to implementation.

The new process made approvals easier to track, reduced manual follow-up and significantly shortened review time. The project strengthened my experience in process improvement, cross-functional collaboration and delivering technology that solves a real operational problem.
