Small Charities Digital Playbook: Empowering Limited-Resource Organizations
During my internship, I designed a playbook for small charities to help them develop sustainable digital fundraising programs and platforms. This playbook combined strategic planning, user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, digital marketing, and web development, aiming to provide charities with the tools they needed to succeed despite limited resources. The goal was to enable charities to solve business problems through a user-first digital approach.
