The company's ITSM mobile system was built on an early Ionic 3/Angular stack, which led to high maintenance costs, poor component reuse, and inefficient debugging as the system evolved. A stack upgrade and system refactor were needed while preserving core functionality. Tech Stack: Vue 3, Vite, TypeScript, Ionic Vue 8, Vant 4, Pinia, Vue Router, Capacitor, vue-tsc, unplugin-vue-components Project Process: Independently migrated and optimized core pages including the ticket list, filter panel, and personal center. Work included layout restructuring, component replacement, interaction restoration, style adaptation, state management adjustment, and type issue troubleshooting. Used Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex to understand legacy code, compare implementation options, and locate errors. Project Result: Completed the migration from Ionic 3/Angular to Ionic 8 + Vue 3 + Vant 4, preserving core business functions while improving consistency, maintainability, and frontend engineering quality.

Supported customer transaction analysis and business decision-making by organizing nearly 10 years of data, with a focus on activity, conversion, retention, and abnormal trends. Tech Stack: SQL, Excel, Pivot Tables, Moving Average Analysis Project Process: Extracted transaction data with SQL and analyzed DAU, conversion rate, and retention rate in Excel; labeled and cleaned abnormal records such as inconsistent date formats, mixed currency units, customer ID drift, and unmarked returns. ■ Project Result: Delivered KPI analysis and anomaly reports, and developed a stronger understanding that data quality determines decision quality.
