L/D, 1st Bulk follow up, Submission Tracking etc. Conduct time-and-motion studies for all dyeing processes to set Standard Time (SAM), Track KPI such as RFT and OTD, try to reduce re-dyes, and lower utility/labor costs. Maintain T&A report & analyze machine capacity and utilization. Support and check raw materials orders as per received forecast and safety stock. Check yarn, greige, and finish stock and keep plans to stock down.

Customer-wise Work Order Planning, Monitoring & Control. Providing order-wise dyeing plan & machine plan based on T & A. Coordination with Knitting, Batch, Dyeing & Operations. Maintaining a strong bridge with buyers and production team's. Daily Fabric In-house Plan Maintaining daily order status & Production reports, etc.
