Manage day-to-day troubleshooting and operations of VMware, Hyper-V, Windows Server, Linux, Storage, Backup and Monitoring tools. Experience as a Project Owner for system infrastructure setup, migration and patching. Prepare daily progress reports, configuration details, and technical documentation. Handle project delivery, maintenance support, and infrastructure operations support. Implement and manage Microsoft Windows Server platforms including ADDS, PDC, BDC, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, and NPS (RADIUS). Create and maintain infrastructure documentation including build documents, technical specifications, MOPs, and UAT documents. Design and plan minor infrastructure projects involving virtualization, storage, backup, monitoring and endpoints environments. Lead technical deployment initiatives, rollback planning, and troubleshooting for complex physical and virtual infrastructure environments. Verify product and hardware compatibility matrices before performing VMware, Storage, Backup, and Cohesity infrastructure upgrade activities. Perform version upgrades and maintenance patching on VMware vSphere and backup infrastructure environments to mitigate vulnerabilities. Work closely with clients and vendors to deliver complex infrastructure and Cohesity backup solutions as per project requirements. Manage customer support tickets and collaborate with vendor TSR engineers to diagnose and resolve infrastructure and Cohesity-related issues. Provide system and technical support within the area of expertise to support customer business goals and operational requirements. Provide 24x7 on-call support for infrastructure, backup, and Cohesity environments.
