Independently spearheaded the end-to-end development of an automated card-feeding prototype. Designed the mechanical frame in Fusion 360 for 3D printing. Engineered 5 new high-security card reader models to replace legacy products, focusing on improved security and modern aesthetics. Collaborated with external industrial designers to model the physical housing of 2 upcoming products; assisted in the on-site installation and testing of enterprise security systems. Conducted rigorous stress testing and QC protocols on existing product lines prior to market release.
