Support the extension of MMBS services to the third data centre (Site C), ensuring alignment with system architecture and operational requirements. Coordinate with ICA, HTX, technical teams, and relevant stakeholders to manage operational issues, dependencies, and service delivery. Support system stability, incident resolution, change management, and operational readiness across the relevant infrastructure and application components. Monitor project risks, issues, and action items, facilitating timely resolution and stakeholder communication. Support IT governance, security compliance, technical documentation, and operational procedures in accordance with project requirements.

Client: Singapore Prison Service (SPS) / Home Team Science & Technology Agency (HTX), | 2021(Dec) – present Project: AVATAR (AI) Video Analytics Project Summary: Supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of advanced video analytics to detect normal behaviour system (avatar) with 5 years comprehensive maintenance. Objective: Responsible for leading and managing the project team, with authority and responsibility from the project board, to run the project. Plans, executes, and finalizes projects according to strict deadlines, delivering projects on time and within budget. Manage stakeholder meetings and explain the status of the project and full fill the stakeholder expectations.
