• Led interface coordination for the 140 km Fibre Optic Cable (FOC) installation from onshore Qatar to offshore platforms.

• Coordinated multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, construction, marine, and commissioning.

• Planned offshore vessel mobilization and demobilization, ensuring on-time execution during critical installation windows.

• Managed SIMOPS activities by maintaining interface registers, layout plans, and risk assessments to prevent operational clashes.

• Monitored fabrication of subsea crossing structures and resolved design changes, NCRs, and NDT quality issues.

• Directed pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, including system dossiers and client documentation.

• Managed punch lists, Technical Queries (TQs), NCRs, and change requests throughout SURF execution.

• Coordinated OTDR and LSPM testing for fibre optic cable commissioning and client acceptance.

• Resolved electrical, telecom, and structural interface issues between subcontractors to protect the project schedule.

• Managed DSV (Dive Support Vessel) operations for subsea intervention and offshore construction interfaces.

• Led J-tube cable pull-in operations, coordinating platform teams, vessel crews, and onshore engineers.

• Reviewed winch design, load calculations, and deployment procedures to ensure safe cable installation in compliance with client standards.

Client: Shell Crux (NNM – Not Normally Manned Platform)

• Reviewed EPCI contractor engineering designs, specifications, and deliverables to ensure alignment with project and client requirements.

• Liaised with KBR Engineering to manage multiple-query boundaries and develop interface diagrams for offshore execution.

• Supported the 400-ton Crux topside heavy-lift operation, coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders during fabrication and installation readiness.

• Participated in daily No-Go readiness meetings, risk assessments, and lift planning reviews to verify AFC drawings, permits, engineering deliverables, and construction prerequisites.

• Coordinated closure of punch-list items and critical interface actions required for heavy-lift readiness.

• Acted as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) through the WIR interface register for multiple contractors and subcontractors.

• Coordinated interfaces across pipelines/subsea, substructure jackets, wells, fibre optics, and ICT disciplines.

• Applied Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) methodologies, including EWP, PWP, and CWP, to improve work sequencing and execution readiness.

• Coordinated construction and planning activities while tracking weekly KPIs against the approved project schedule.

• Served as the primary contact for external interface matters, resolving issues between project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

• Developed and managed Power BI dashboards to monitor progress, identify site clashes, and track hazard observations using AI-driven insights.

• Worked with package engineers to resolve vendor data issues and ensure timely delivery of technical documentation.

• Coordinated with warehouse teams on material receiving, inspection clearance, and material status.

• Coordinated with fabrication teams for the handover of fabricated project materials and ship-loose materials.
