Own network reliability and customer relationship management for 150+ enterprise accounts, acting as the primary technical point of contact across 300+ Cisco switches, 200+ MikroTik routers, 200+ microwave links, and ~10 FSO links. Lead technical scoping and delivery for 120+ customer activations and ~120 network deployments, coordinating directly with customer IT teams to translate business requirements into configured, tested Layer 2/Layer 3 solutions (VLANs, STP, QoS, routing). Serve as escalation owner for L2-L4 incidents surfaced by a 15-person Level 1 technician team, driving root-cause resolution while coordinating in real time across internal teams and 9 external ISP providers to minimize customer downtime. Built and deployed automation and diagnostic tooling (Syslog analysis, Cisco VLAN verification, hardware health monitoring) that reduced manual troubleshooting effort and gave leadership improved real-time visibility into network health. Maintain vendor-agnostic technical expertise across Cisco, MikroTik, SIAE, ALFO, LightPointe, FSONA, Harris, Trango, and BridgeWave platforms, using performance monitoring in Cacti, Grafana, and Syslog to proactively flag risk before it reaches the customer.

Integrated and troubleshot 800+ LTE and 5G NR sites for AT&T and T-Mobile across multiple U.S. markets. Selected as the first engineer from the Lebanon team to integrate CBAND and DoD 5G sites, building expertise that supported subsequent deployments. Led integration activities involving CRAN, mmWave, CBAND, and DoD technologies across new and existing AT&T sites. Diagnosed and resolved critical network alarms including RTWP, VSWR, PIM, Fiber, RET, and TMA, supporting site readiness and deployment activities. Guided field technicians through installation, testing, troubleshooting, and network integration activities.
