As the chosen group leader , I had to manage , plan and complete the group projects along with my proficient groupmates.

As a group leader , I took initiative in looking at our project timeline and exercised my time management skills to ensure that it does not clash with our other modules. The plan was to split the work into bite sized and manageable tasks (Research for scholarly articles , Research for data) to each groupmate so everyone will be aware of what is going on , and the bite-sized workload would help ease procrastination and reduce burnout from heavy load. That was my perspective as the leader.

Dealing with these heavy projects , I was able to exercise teamwork and effective communications with my groupmates , often encountering bumps and dead ends. However , whenever it did feel like checkmate , we exercised resilience and pushed through to obtain a satisfactory result for our group project. The values teamwork , communication and resilience are just a fraction of the important values that we have to carry as Nurse's working in the ward, allowing us to become the better and best version of ourselves.

Collaborated with lecturers and student head of council to organize event logistics , manage schedules and ensure smooth transition between activities

Provided guidance to participants and ushering them to the various event venues , helping them feel welcomed and at ease.

Provided support to teammates , helping to boost morale and maintain a positive attitude throughout.
