Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Fibre Optic Links for Sarawak Energy (RES) Sdn. Bhd. Job Scope: 1. Coordinate, monitor, manage, record and report work progress via Weekly Progress Report. 2. Coordinate and liaise with the appointed consultant in finding the best solution for variables faced at site. 3. Prepare and present weekly site progress to clients. 4. Reviewing construction drawings, soil investigation report. 5. Produce Variation Order Calculations for variations at site. 6. Documenting and compiling documents for Extension of Time application. 7. Engage and liaise with landowners in resolving immediate matters arising from tower construction. 8. Conduct Site Acquisition for prospective tower sites. 9. Negotiating with landowners in liaising with subcontractors and clients in identifying and solving challenges faced at site. 10. Tenancy Agreement. Meet with and negotiate with Landowners in closing the terms for rental and additional terms. 11. Wayleave application. Prepare and submit required documentation for wayleave application. Conduct discussion, consultation and coordination meeting with local authorities.

Research and creating proposals for grant application submission for events. 3. Conduct site recce with venue owners and technical teams. 4. Produce reports for events, before and after events for submissions to clients. 5. Assist the Marketing Department in developing the best solution for marketing the events. 6. Contacting suppliers and contractors in supplying materials and expertise to meet client's expectations.
