Liaised with stakeholders in UMC to conduct performance analysis of machines and improve Utilization times and wafer output of machines by delivering and implementing CIPs worth ~$700,000. Conducted inventory management of Applied Materials' parts to optimize repair times and achieved Utilization times of Etch machines in Micron (~80%) and UMC (~80%). Managed a Contractual Service Agreement (CSA) in UMC with a positive margin (~20%) and achieved Cost Avoidance (~$6mil) for customers.

Collaborated with a team of scientists in the design and development of Multi-Walled Carbon Nanotube (MWCNT) carbon-fiber thermoplastic composite and improved its mechanical properties Engaged in quantitative analysis and data visualization of mechanical/chemical properties of the composite through Microsoft Excel and optimized experimental parameters. Liaised with different departments to discuss and quantify results in lab reports Conducted tests, such as Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Three-Point Bending Tests to determine surface and mechanical properties.
