Scope:

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems and equipment.

• Troubleshoot and rectify faults in M&E installations to ensure safe and reliable operation.

• Carry out preventive maintenance and respond promptly to equipment breakdowns.

• Monitor and maintain systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pumps, and other building services.

• Maintain service records, submit maintenance reports, and comply with all safety procedures and requirements.
