Scope: Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems and equipment. Troubleshoot and rectify faults in M&E installations to ensure safe and reliable operation. Carry out preventive maintenance and respond promptly to equipment breakdowns. Monitor and maintain systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pumps, and other building services. Maintain service records, submit maintenance reports, and comply with all safety procedures and requirements.
