Job Description & Requirements
Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other online platforms.
Create content for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials to promote our services and employer brand.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.
Support in managing our company’s social media presence by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for marketing initiatives and competitor analysis.
Assist in coordinating marketing events and activities, both virtual and in-person.
Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Help maintain our website and update content as needed.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Strong interest in digital marketing, branding, and social media management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.
Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, or similar) is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and willingness to learn from campaign performance data.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.
Preferred:
Previous internship, freelance, or campus experience in marketing, social media, or content creation is an added advantage.
Experience with graphic design, video editing, or content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut is a plus.
