🍽️ We Are Hiring – Kitchen Assistant 🍽️

We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our growing F&B team at Thai Mookata, serving Thai cuisine, Bento, and Hotpot in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation and basic cooking

• Prepare ingredients, sauces, and dishes

• Monitor food quality, freshness and presentation

• Manage stock, food storage and FIFO

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards

• Assist with kitchen team with daily kitchen operations

• Wash and organize kitchen equipment and utensils

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards

• Ensure smooth and efficient operations during peak hours

• Assist with taking orders when required

Job Requirements:

• Previous kitchen/F&B experience is an advantage

• Hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Training will be provided

• Singaporeans / PR / Malaysians are most welcome
