🍽️ We Are Hiring – Kitchen Assistant 🍽️ We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our growing F&B team at Thai Mookata, serving Thai cuisine, Bento, and Hotpot in Singapore. Key Responsibilities: Assist with food preparation and basic cooking Prepare ingredients, sauces, and dishes Monitor food quality, freshness and presentation Manage stock, food storage and FIFO Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards Assist with kitchen team with daily kitchen operations Wash and organize kitchen equipment and utensils Follow food safety and hygiene standards Ensure smooth and efficient operations during peak hours Assist with taking orders when required Job Requirements: Previous kitchen/F&B experience is an advantage Hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn Able to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude Training will be provided Singaporeans / PR / Malaysians are most welcome Benefits: Competitive salary Staff meals provided Friendly working environment On-hand training provided Opportunities for growth
