The Role

• Learn the full recruitment cycle from the ground up — sourcing, screening, client management, and candidate delivery.

• Full onboarding and training provided; desk assignment (Banking & Financial Services or General) decided after onboarding based on fit and interest.

• Work directly with the Managing Director as your mentor through your first placements.

What We're Looking For

• No prior recruitment experience necessary — fresh graduates welcome.

• Willingness to obtain a CEI (Certified Employment Intermediary) licence during your training period.

• Driven, coachable, comfortable with a target-and-commission environment.

• Able to work full-time, onsite, from our Central Singapore office.
