Duties: Conduct salary benchmarking and market research using compensation surveys, recruitment data, industry reports, and other reliable sources. Support compensation reviews, including salary adjustments, annual increments, promotions, and internal movements. Prepare salary comparisons and compensation analyses for new hires and existing employees to support fair and competitive pay decisions. Assist in reviewing salary ranges, job grades, and compensation structures to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness. Coordinate the annual performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end appraisals, and calibration exercises. Guide managers and employees on performance management processes, timelines, rating guidelines, and documentation requirements. Monitor performance review completion and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely submissions. Support probation reviews, confirmation assessments, performance improvement plans, and other performance-related processes. Analyse compensation and performance data to identify trends and areas requiring HR attention. Support the alignment of performance outcomes with compensation, promotion, and employee development decisions. Support payroll processing and administration, including reviewing payroll inputs, checking attendance and leave records, processing payroll-related documentation, and coordinating with payroll vendors or service providers. Assist with payroll-related queries and ensure timely and accurate submission of payroll information. Provide support for recruitment activities, including candidate coordination and other recruitment-related matters, on an ad-hoc basis. Assist with the review and implementation of HR policies and procedures as required. Support other HR projects and ad-hoc initiatives as assigned. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling employee, payroll, compensation, and performance-related information. Requirements: Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Administration, or a relevant field. Have at least 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with broad exposure to HR operations or generalist functions. Demonstrated experience in compensation-related activities, including salary benchmarking, market analysis, salary reviews, and annual increment exercises.
