Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to source and generate leads over the phone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining insurance plans, understanding customer needs, and converting the leads while maintaining excellent customer service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to generate and convert leads.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and customer information in excel system.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
• Follow up with interested customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Diploma or equivalent (graduate preferred)
• Prior experience in telemarketing, call center, or insurance sales is an advantage.
• Good communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Target-driven mindset with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of insurance products and sales techniques.
• Good listening and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
