Work Location: Kallang Wave Mall 6 working days Working hour: Retail Working Hour (11am-10pm, can leave at 9pm if no booking) Job Responsibilities • Lead, coach and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs • Drive store performance through sales planning and commercial awareness • Deliver an engaging and enjoyable customer experience • Manage staff rostering, stock control, loss prevention and daily operations • Train and develop team members to improve sales and customer service skills • Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues • Support promotions, events and customer engagement activities Requirements • Experience in Retail, Entertainment, Hospitality, Attractions or other customer-facing industries • Experience in theme parks, arcades, family entertainment centres, attractions or leisure venues is an advantage • Previous experience in a Supervisor, Senior Retail or Assistant Manager role is preferred • Strong communication, interpersonal and team leadership skills • Customer-focused with the ability to create an engaging customer experience • Positive, approachable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Strong sales and KPI-driven mindset

Benefits: • 0–20% Performance-Based Bonus (PRP) per month • 2% Medical Allowance per month Job Responsibilities: • Ensure project is carried out on time, within budget and with excellent quality. • Oversee construction activities on site, any Changes to Works and check the drawing to ensure the design can be carried in an effective manner. • Project management, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific project. • Ensure all changes to specifications, work scopes and drawings are properly documented. • Main point of contact, attend meeting at site, clients and our project team and relevant authorities. • Responsible for site supervision and implementations. • Monitor project costing, budget, claims and schedule. • Manage and lead a project team to ensure site progress accordingly to project schedule. • Ensure Environment, Safety and Health practices are always adhered. Job Requirements: • Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. • Minimum 4 years’ experience in mechanical works for construction subcontractor (preferably ACMV). • Able to read and use AutoCAD drawings. • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
