Key Responsibilities: Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for executive meetings. Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries. Screen and prioritize incoming communications (emails, calls, mail). Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other essential documents. Maintain confidential files and records with utmost discretion. Coordinate office operations and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
