Your Impact & Responsibilities: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for the Director. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism. Facilitate effective communication between the Director and internal/external stakeholders. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain meticulous record-keeping. Support project coordination and follow-up on action items. Assist with event planning and logistics as needed.
