Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end PMO support across KYC projects, including planning, tracking, reporting, and governance
Monitor project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
Maintain project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, and status dashboards
Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders and senior management
Support project governance activities such as meeting coordination, minutes, and follow-up actions
Coordinate with Business, IT, Operations, Compliance, and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery
Support KYC-related business analysis activities, including requirement clarification and documentation
Assist in UAT preparation, execution tracking, and issue management
Provide support for audit, compliance, and regulatory review activities when required
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO, project management, project delivery, or business analysis within the banking domain
Strong experience supporting IT or regulatory-driven projects in a banking environment
Proven experience in project tracking, reporting, governance, and stakeholder coordination
Good knowledge of KYC / AML processes, including customer due diligence, risk assessment, suspicious transaction monitoring, correspondent banking, wire transfers, and regulatory compliance
Hands-on experience working with AML / KYC teams or banking systems
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-project environment and manage changing priorities
Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr, or MS Project is an advantage
Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related disciplines preferred
Highly organised, proactive, dependable, and delivery-focused with strong ownership and accountability
