Singaporean dancer Leane Lim joined Singapore Ballet (SB) as an Apprentice in 2017. She was promoted to Demi-Soloist in July 2025 and to Soloist in January 2026.

Her classical repertoire features a range of soloist roles, including Prayer in Coppélia (2026), Paquita (2025), the Fairy of Grace in Sleeping Beauty (2024), Big Swan in Swan Lake (2024), and Chinese Flowers in The Nutcracker (2024). She has also appeared in major classical productions staged by Janek Schergen, including Cinderella, Romeo and Juliet, Don Quixote and Giselle.

Leane’s dynamic and versatility extends to neoclassical and contemporary works, including Incomparable Beauty (2025) by Ma Cong, as well as a trio segment in Terra (2025) and Dark Waves(2024) by Natalie Weir. She has also performed in various new creations and restaged works for SB by Edwaard Liang, Nils Christe, Timothy Harbour, Edmund Stripe, Timothy Rushton, and Kinsun Chan.

In addition, Leane has performed extensively in the works of Choo-San Goh, including Fives, Momentum, Double Contrasts, Schubert Symphony, In the Glow of the Night and Birds of Paradise, as well as George Balanchine’s Serenade, The Four Temperaments, and Theme and Variations.
