I am a pastry chef with experience in both professional pastry kitchens and i do home-based baking as a side project. I bake for friends and family. I specialise in mousse cakes and modern entremets, with a strong focus on flavour balance, clean finishing, and consistency.

I am passionate about creating refined desserts while continuously learning and improving my craft. I believe good pastry should be thoughtful and refined rather than overly complicated. my approach is to start with a clear concept, select flavours that complement each other and execute each componet.

For custom orders, i comunicate closely with clients to understand their needs while guiding them with consideration. this process allows me to deliver cakes that are both personal and professionally executed.
