Position as BIM Modeler for Architecture, structure, mechanical and electrical drawing. Use BIM software which are Revit, Auto Cad, Open Building and MicroStation, Open Building and Open Plant based on project work. Develop a Construction model that reflects the contractor's scope of work. Make sure modelling method and 3D element comply with BEP & company good practice. Generate Construction Drawings (Consultant) and Shop Drawings (Contractor) Document from the BIM Models Create Schedules, tagging & annotations as per standards. Create Custom Family & its parameters. Assist and inform coordinator on clash detection and coordination Work with surveyor on 3D scan, tidy up and convert scan model to Revit. Assist BIM manager on bar code/ RFID integration with precast element and BIM.

Position as BIM Coordinator/ Modeler for 3D and 2D electrical panel supply. Prepare shop drawing and As Built drawing for submission in TWRP schema. Modelling panel, electrical and fiber optic cable routing for 25 Facilities in TWRP project. Generate clash detection report. Assist engineer present and reviewing model in interface meeting with contractors and client (Jacobs) for discussion. Preparing BIM activity forecast and attend weekly BIM progress meeting with client (Jacobs) Incorporate design changes and revisions as required by engineers or project managers.
