Summary

Hi I'm Kimaya, a year 2 Computer Science student at National University of Singapore. In my previous projects, I have mainly worked on full stack and backend. I enjoy working in teams and bouncing ideas off of my project mates.

Currently, I am working on a clinic management system for NUS School of Medicine's yearly trip to Cambodia to provide free and accessible healthcase in rural area. What I enjoy about this project are its constraints -- with no stable internet, our solution must be entirely offline, which involes setting up a reliable local network and a central database for all client machines to communicate. We're using Java, JavaFX with SceneBuilder, Maven, and MySQL for this project.

In addition to my technical projects, I serve as the Overall Orientation Projects Director for the School of Computing. This role requires me to manage hundreds of people and coordinate multiple conflicting timelines.
