Handled full spectrum of hiring process which includes screening of CVs for position suitability, scheduling of interviews, interviewing of candidate and managing job offer process to ensure best talent is placed in the right position

Performed cold calling to potential candidates for job positions 

Utilised multiple platforms such as Company’s database and Jobstreet to source for the best talent for the open job positions

Facilitated training to clients’ employees so that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to work
