• Identification and preparation of contract specific Work Instructions and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) as necessary,

• Regular review and updating when necessary of the projects quality system and related Project Quality Plan (PQP),

• Implementing the quality requirements of Project Quality Plan (PQP),

• Training Project Team Members in the project quality system and the Project Quality Plan (PQP),

• Auditing and monitoring the requirements of the PQP and project quality system,

• Ensure subcontractor/supplier quality requirements are met through ITPs, subcontractor/supplier assessments and quality audits.

• Monitor the effective operation of and corrective action system through Nonconformance report (NCRs) and Corrective Action request (CARs),

·   Performed WPS/PQR for special materials such as Inconel, Aluminum, Titanium, Duplex Stainless Steel, Super Duplex Stainless Steel, Inconel657, and Inconel to Dissimilar.

·   Coordinate Request for Inspection (RFI) of construction work with CLIENT/OWNER, third party organization, and government offices and obtain permissions from such parties.

·   Conducted, planned & executed QA QC training and programs for QA QC inspectors, fitters, welders, workers, and external interested parties to understand good quality work.

·   Prepare and compile QA QC Inspection Test Records and final dossier.

·   Preparation of all Cx-related test scripts, test forms, reports from Cx level1, CX level2 until CX level5, and test procedures for all types of Data Centers.

·   Preparation & Submission of Prequalification documentation to the client / direct plant owners.

·   Audit document, Audit plan preparation.

·   Performs the audits following the audit plan developed.

·   Plan & Schedule the audits and make effective use of resources during the audits.

·   Provide direction and guidance to auditor-in-training.

·   Performs daily debriefing meetings at the end of an internal audit day.

·   Assist in any other activities necessary by the QA / Compliance area.

·   Assist Quality Compliance leader in training employees on National and International Standards and Regulations, Corporate, and Facility Policies and Procedures Organize and direct audit team members.
