As a GRO, my duties were to attend, receive VIP guests staying at The Dynasty hotel ( the eighties) whilst in Singapore. It started from the moment they stepped into the hotel, checking in, fulfilling their needs, ensuring their comfortability to checking out. I also have the authority to upgrade VIP guests' rooms.
