Because we are a specialized team, my role is a hybrid of Marketing Strategy, Tech Implementation, and Operations. I act as the bridge between the client's vision and the actual execution. What I actually do: 1. Growth & Marketing Operations (My Core Focus) Marketing Strategization: Before we launch, I work with head coach to define the game plan. This involves deciding the best type of funnel for the specific client (Webinar, Challenge, or Lead Magnet), mapping out the customer pathways, and finalizing the project timelines and required assets. Asset Development & Scripting: Once the plan is set, I work closely with the creative team to get the visual collaterals ready. My hands-on contribution here is scripting the ad videos and writing the ad copy to ensure our messaging connects with the target audience. Meta Ad Management: Bringing the plan to the ground. I take the strategy live by setting up and running the campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram). My focus here is ensuring we make the best use of the allocated budget and testing our marketing collaterals to get the highest ROI. 1. The Tech Stack (GHL & Web) GoHighLevel (GHL) Management: Acting as the lead architect for all client sub-accounts. I build the pipelines, set up the automations, and manage the email/SMS workflows daily. Funnel Development: Designing and deploying landing pages (WordPress/GHL) and using my technical background to handle any custom HTML or troubleshooting needs. 1. Client & Team Management Client Success: I handle the complete onboarding process for new clients and serve as the primary point of contact for resolving grievances or technical issues. Project Oversight: Planning the project timelines and assigning tasks to internal teams to ensure we hit our launch dates without delays.
