Core Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation: Set sales goals, track performance metrics, and implement strategies (e.g., promotions, upselling) to maximize profitability.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor sales associates. This includes scheduling shifts, setting individual sales quotas, and providing ongoing coaching.
Inventory & Store Operations: Oversee stock levels, manage replenishment, and execute loss prevention strategies to minimize shrink and meet customer demand.
Customer Experience: Ensure a welcoming environment, address escalated customer inquiries, and implement strategies to boost customer retention and loyalty.
Merchandising: Plan and maintain visual merchandising displays to enhance product visibility and drive in-store promotions.
Reporting: Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports on store performance and KPIs for upper management
