Job Overview 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to manage order processing, handle customer interactions, and ensure timely resolution of inquiries. The role requires strong coordination skills, responsiveness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage targeted orders and monitor delivery status to ensure timely fulfillment  

• Attend to inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently  

• Handle incoming inquiries, complaints, and feedback in accordance with company standards  

• Resolve all in-scope customer queries and escalate issues when necessary  

• Provide alternative solutions and deliver excellent customer service via phone and email  

• Follow up with customers in a timely manner to ensure resolution and satisfaction  

• Liaise with internal departments to address and resolve customer issues  

• Coordinate with the delivery team regarding order status and updates  

• Provide sales support and coordinate closely with the sales team  

• Maintain proper filing and documentation systems  

• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor  

Requirements 

• Meticulous and detail-oriented, especially in documentation and administrative work  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks  

• Strong telephone etiquette with a customer-centric approach  

• Proactive, with the ability to respond to customer needs effectively  

• Good communication and problem-solving skills  

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
