This is a pivotal orchestration role for a high-level narrative strategist. You will not just be distributing information; you will be curating the public perception of an integrated ecosystem. Your core objective is leverage: you are tasked with expanding the reach of Amos Lau’s thought leadership, acting portfolio, and upcoming literary work (with Penguin Books) to a global and local (Singapore) audience, turning passive visibility into an inspired movement.
Responsibilities
As the Lead Orchestrator of the Brand Ecosystem and Public Perception, you will be responsible for the following primary duties, prioritized for maximum impact:
Proactive Opportunity Scouting & Strategic Outreach
Conducting aggressive market research to identify high-leverage guest placement opportunities (podcasts, webinars, industry panels, and digital publications).
Drafting and managing personalized, high-conversion pitch sequences to secure these placements, positioning Amos as a thought leader at the intersection of marketing, culture, and multimedia.
LinkedIn Community Curation & Audience Architecture
Managing day-to-day engagement with the established LinkedIn community of over 15K followers, transforming them from passive observers into brand advocates through strategic interaction.
Identifying key high-value individuals (founders, executives, casting directors) within the audience for prioritized networking and relationship building.
Ecosystem Narrative Integration
Collaborating with Amos and other potential interns (e.g., Post-Production Wizard) to ensure that content distribution is cohesive across the ecosystem.
Strategizing how the acting portfolio supports the marketing consultancy and vice versa, creating a seamless narrative connection.
Product PR & Publication Roadmap Support
Supporting the pre-launch and launch narrative for Amos's upcoming book, "Bamboo Decade," including press kit creation and reviewer outreach.
Engineering SEO-optimized distribution pipelines to syndicate contrarian thought leadership (e.g., Gen Z culture, the "Otrovert" identity) across platforms like Medium, Substack, and relevant industry blogs.
Requirements

Soft Skills & Dynamic Capabilities (Essential)
Contrarian Thinking: A deep resonance with the "Amoz Creative" voice. You do not think in cliches and can translate complex, challenging ideas into compelling public-facing narratives.
Exceptional Communication: Masterful written and verbal communication skills. Your pitches must be undeniable.
Systematic Mindset: Like the founder, you have an engineering-level approach to problem-solving. You do not just chase ideas; you build repeatable PR pipelines.
Extreme Ownership: As a volunteer role, you are self-driven, highly reliable, and manage your own work pipeline without needing micromanagement.
Hard Skills & Technical Proficiency (Preferred)
LinkedIn Mastery: Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn’s algorithms, best practices for personal branding, and organic audience growth strategies.
Stack Literacy: Experience or strong familiarity with modern marketing tools. Our stack includes Canva Pro, Notion (for CRM/Workflow), and AI tools for narrative acceleration. Basic knowledge of SEO and content syndication is a significant advantage.
Portfolio Track Record: Prior experience (academic or professional) in managing PR campaigns, growing a community, or executing a marketing launch.
Education & Background
Ideally a student or recent graduate in Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or Entrepreneurship (Singapore-based candidates are a plus to tap into the local ecosystem).
