Event Sales Executive

Job responsibilities:
Handle incoming sales enquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and website
Prepare quotations, proposals, and event packages based on client requirements
Follow up with leads and close sales to achieve monthly targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, school, and private clients
Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth event setup and execution
Conduct site visits and client meetings when required
Upsell and cross-sell carnival games, food stalls, and event add-on
Manage event schedules and ensure timely payment collection
Update CRM/sales records and maintain proper documentation
Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after events
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Events Management, or related field
1–3 years of sales experience (event industry experience is an advantage)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident in handling client enquiries and closing sales
Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working on weekends when required (off-in-lieu provided)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic digital tools
Good time management and organisational skills
