ARCHITECTURAL CUM INTERIOR COORDINATOR

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Architectural cum Interior Coordinator with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Singapore's building construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating architectural and interior finishing works, ensuring proper site execution, quality workmanship, and timely completion in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise architectural and interior finishing works on construction sites.
Review architectural and interior design drawings, shop drawings, material submissions, and specifications.
Coordinate with consultants, project managers, engineers, subcontractors and site teams to resolve technical and site issues.
Oversee interior finishing works, including partitions, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, doors, joinery and other architectural finishes.
Coordinate architectural and interior works with structural and M&E installations to prevent clashes and rework.
Monitor subcontractor progress, workmanship, material deliveries and installation schedules.
Conduct site inspections and ensure works comply with approved drawings, quality standards and project requirements.
Coordinate material samples, mock-ups, inspections and approval processes.
Identify and resolve site discrepancies, defects and coordination issues.
Assist with defect rectification, final inspections, handover and project close-out documentation.
About you
Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Singapore's building construction industry, involving architectural and/or interior finishing works.
Good knowledge of architectural construction methods, interior fit-out works, materials and finishing details.
Experience in site coordination, subcontractor supervision, shop drawing reviews and quality inspections.
Able to interpret architectural & interior designs and drawings.
Familiar with Singapore construction practices, building requirements, and workmanship standards.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple site activities effectively.
Work Location: Various locations depending on the project sites
