Job Description
P Connect Services is recruiting an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive on behalf of our client located in Ubi, Singapore.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing full sets of accounts, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the company's day-to-day accounting operations.
We are looking for someone with strong hands-on accounting experience who is proficient in Million Accounting Software and UBS Accounting Software.
Key Responsibilities
Handle full sets of accounts independently, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and financial reporting.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end and year-end closing activities.
Monitor outstanding receivables, process payments, and maintain accurate accounting records.
Assist with GST reporting, tax-related documentation, and statutory compliance requirements.
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant stakeholders on accounting matters.
Maintain and update financial transactions using Million and UBS accounting software.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of accounting reports.
Support management with financial analysis and other accounting-related assignments as required.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Proven hands-on experience in managing full sets of accounts independently.
Practical working knowledge of both Million Accounting Software and UBS Accounting Software.
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
Able to work independently and handle multiple accounting responsibilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
