Key Responsibilities:
Manage and control project costs from inception to completion.
Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost estimates.

Required Skills & Qualifications: We are seeking candidates with a strong understanding of construction cost management principles. While specific competencies are not listed, a proven track record in quantity surveying, excellent analytical and negotiation skills, and a keen eye for detail are essential. A relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field is highly desirable.
