Job Role Description
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, implementation, and completion of projects within specified cost, time, and quality. He/She maintains compliance with the relevant regulatory and legislative requirements at all times. He also plays an active role in contributing to the organization's continuous improvement initiatives.
He possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and manage various stakeholders. He is resourceful and has excellent planning and time management skills. He is proactive and detail-oriented in his work. He is also able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects. He is expected to work on-site and in the main office.

Drive project progress and completion

Drive the adoption of AI & Digitalization in Project Management
Job Requirements
Possess a degree/above in Civil Engineering or related studies in project management or construction discipline
At least 3-5 years of project management experience in new-build projects
An excellent communicator verbally and in writing
Committed to building strong relationships with the team, consultants, and clients through a shared purpose & common goal
Having a project management professional certification is an advantage
A detail-oriented, self-motivated, independent, and proactive person

Application Screening – Our HR team will review applications based on relevant qualifications, work experience, technical skills and job requirements.
HR Initial Screening – Shortlisted candidates may be contacted for a brief discussion regarding their experience, salary expectations, notice period and work pass requirements (if applicable).
Interview with Hiring Manager – Suitable candidates will be invited for an interview with the Department Head or Hiring Manager to assess their technical knowledge, relevant construction industry experience and suitability for the position.
Management Interview (If Required) – Selected candidates may be invited for a final interview with Management.
Offer & Onboarding – Successful candidates will receive an employment offer, subject to reference checks and work pass approval (where applicable).
