About the Role: As an RAD Ballet Teacher, you will be instrumental in nurturing the next generation of dancers, instilling a strong foundation in the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus. You will guide students through their technical and artistic development, preparing them for examinations and performances.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality RAD ballet instruction to students of various age groups and levels.
Plan and execute engaging lessons that adhere to RAD syllabi and pedagogical best practices.
Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and prepare them for RAD examinations.
Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the vibrant DANCEPOINTE community.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Registered Teacher Status (RTS) with the Royal Academy of Dance, or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience teaching RAD ballet syllabus.
Strong understanding of ballet technique, anatomy, and child development.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
Passion for dance education and dedication to student success.
