We are looking for someone who can think, manage and communicate, not simply coordinate and follow up.

This role covers a mix of project management, client servicing and marketing.

You will manage marketing campaigns, events and activations from brief to completion, working closely with clients, Creative, Production, vendors, venues and other partners.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of projects, thinks ahead and is able to identify issues and recommend practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

Manage projects from brief, planning and timeline through to creative, production, activation and reporting.

Track project timelines, budgets, deliverables and outstanding matters.

Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.

Identify potential risks, delays and operational issues early and recommend solutions.

Coordinate closely with Creative, Production, vendors, venues, manpower and other partners.

Manage multiple projects at the same time and prioritise work accordingly.

Follow through on outstanding matters without requiring constant reminders.

Know when an issue can be resolved independently and when it needs to be escalated.

Assist with project costing, quotations and budget tracking where required.

Client Servicing

Communicate confidently and professionally with clients.

Understand client briefs, requirements and objectives.

Ask the right questions when a brief is unclear or information is incomplete.

Attend and conduct client meetings and provide project updates.

Translate client feedback into clear actions for internal teams.

Manage client expectations on timelines, budgets, deliverables and feasibility.

Prepare presentations, proposals, meeting recaps and recommendations.

Maintain good working relationships with clients throughout the project.

Marketing & Campaign Understanding

You should be able to consider:

Who is the target audience?

What is the objective of the campaign?

What will attract consumers to participate?

Does the proposed idea or activation make sense?

What do we want consumers to do?

How can the campaign or activation be improved?

You should have a basic understanding of marketing, advertising, brand activation and project management and how they work together.

You will also be involved in developing ideas, proposals and presentations for existing and potential clients.

We value someone who can contribute to discussions and provide recommendations rather than simply wait for instructions.

Events & Brand Activations

Depending on the nature and scale of project, you will be involved in:

Site recces and venue coordination.

Event and activation planning.

Vendor sourcing and coordination.

Manpower and logistics planning.

Production and installation coordination.

Onsite setup, activation and teardown.

Monitoring consumer participation and campaign performance.

Troubleshooting onsite issues when required.

Preparing post-campaign reports and recommendations.

You should be able to understand the consumer journey and consider what worked, what didn't and what could be improved for the next campaign.

Job Requirements

Preferably 1–3 years of relevant working experience in marketing, advertising, events, experiential marketing, brand activation, client servicing or agency project management.

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.

Confident communicator who is comfortable dealing directly with clients.

Able to prepare and present clear PowerPoint or Keynote presentations.

Strong organisation and project management skills.

Able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.

Good understanding of basic marketing and consumer behaviour.

Resourceful, responsible and solutions-oriented.

Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects.
