✨ What You'll Do:
Be the go-to person for administrative support that keeps the sales team running smoothly
Prepare quotations, DOs, invoices & CIPL — you'll get hands-on with real business documents
Build relationships by following up on customer enquiries and quotations
Manage stock inventory — monitor stock levels, update inventory records and coordinate with the team on stock replenishment
Handle spare part inquiries and be a helpful point of contact
Provide general and ad-hoc sales administrative support as required
💼 What We're Looking For:
N-Level or equivalent
Comfortable in English, Mandarin & Malay (to liaise with our diverse customers and workshop staff)
A team player who's mature, independent, and takes initiative
Detail-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
Comfortable with MS Word, Excel & Outlook
Thrives in a fast-paced environment

About the company
Boeaman Marine Technology Services is a specialist provider of technical support, repair, and maintenance services for marine engine systems, with a focus on FIVA, ELFI, and ELVA valves, as well as ICU, SOP, and HPS pumps used in electronically controlled engines.
The company's roots trace back to 2015, when it began working with major engine manufacturers to build a hydraulic control equipment testing and calibration platform for electronically controlled engines. Building on that foundation, Boeaman was formally established in Hong Kong and Shanghai in 2017, followed by a joint-venture entity in Singapore in 2018. The Singapore operation now runs from an 8,000 sq ft workshop staffed by 20 dedicated engineers and technicians, with the team continuing to grow.
Boeaman is authorised by CSSC and Bosch to carry out engine work as well as FIVA/ELFI/ELVA and HPS pump servicing. Core services include:
Overhaul and repair of FIVA/ELFI/ELVA valves (Nabtesco, MBD, Bosch Rexroth types), including a valve exchange program in both Singapore and China
Main and auxiliary engine docking support and troubleshooting (MAN, Wärtsilä), including unit overhauls, gensets maintenance, bearing renewal, and pneumatic system overhaul
ICU overhauling services, including component testing, calibration, and replacement using original parts
Supply of original spare parts and technical support throughout the machine lifecycle
With operations across Singapore, Shanghai, and Hong Kong, Boeaman serves clients internationally, positioning itself as a one-stop technical partner for engine and hydraulic system maintenance — with an emphasis on quality assurance, competitive turnaround times, and long-term customer relationships.
