Overview

Aster Stream Tech Pte. Ltd. is looking for freelance, commission-based Business Development partners to help identify and introduce website development and website maintenance projects.

This is a project-based and flexible role, suitable for individuals who have strong networks, client-facing experience, or access to businesses that require web solutions. There are no fixed working hours or location restrictions. Compensation is paid per successfully secured project.

You will act as an independent partner, focusing on client acquisition and project introductions. All technical delivery, pricing discussion, and project execution will be handled by our internal team.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and introduce potential clients who require:

• Facilitate initial introductions between clients and our technical team

• Support basic communication during the early stage of engagement

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, or referrals

• Strong communication and networking skills

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

• Prior experience in web, IT, or digital services is a plus (not mandatory)

Commission

• Commission-based (per project)

• Paid upon successful project confirmation and client payment

• Commission amount varies based on project size and scope

• No salary, hourly rate, or fixed minimum workload

• Commission paid in SGD after successful client payment

Commission Structure

Sales partners will receive 10% commission per successfully project, calculated based on the total project value paid by the client.

Commission is payable after full payment is received from the client.
