Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to manage order processing, handle customer interactions, and ensure timely resolution of inquiries. The role requires strong coordination skills, responsiveness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage targeted orders and monitor delivery status to ensure timely fulfillment
Attend to inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
Handle incoming inquiries, complaints, and feedback in accordance with company standards
Resolve all in-scope customer queries and escalate issues when necessary
Provide alternative solutions and deliver excellent customer service via phone and email
Follow up with customers in a timely manner to ensure resolution and satisfaction
Liaise with internal departments to address and resolve customer issues
Coordinate with the delivery team regarding order status and updates
Provide sales support and coordinate closely with the sales team
Maintain proper filing and documentation systems
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
Requirements
Meticulous and detail-oriented, especially in documentation and administrative work
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Strong telephone etiquette with a customer-centric approach
Proactive, with the ability to respond to customer needs effectively
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
