Required Qualifications Education & Experience Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field preferred 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in senior technical leadership roles Proven track record of building and scaling technology platforms from early stage to production Experience leading engineering teams of min. 5 people Prior CTO, VP Engineering, or equivalent leadership experience in startup or high-growth environment Working knowledge of digital phenotyping, passive sensing, or wearable device integration Technical Expertise Deep expertise in software architecture, system design, and distributed systems Strong proficiency in modern programming languages Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and infrastructure-as-code Expertise in mobile application development (iOS and Android native or cross-platform) Strong background in data engineering and warehousing Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and optimization Experience with containerization and microservices architecture Knowledge of API design, RESTful services, and real-time data streaming
